Last home project information went home on Friday, April 9, 2021. It is an animal research project with a poster. The paper says that it is due on Monday, May 10, but apparently that will be a day off for the children, so it will be due on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. This is the Tuesday following Mother's Day, so plan accordingly that you are not spending your special day completing a school project. See the directions that were sent home for the requirements of the project.

Our school day is from 7:45am-2:30pm!!!
Option C Please check your students progress online weekly on our grading site. This is your way of knowing how your child is progressing. Do not wait until report card time to see your child's grades. You may access their grades as often as you like. Our grading website is Option C. If you need your Option C login information, please contact the school office as I do not have your usernames and passwords at my disposal.
Please have your child dress appropriately for the weather!! A light jacket may be required as we try to go outside everyday!!! Gym uniforms may be worn for the Third Trimester!!
Students MUST always come in the required uniform unless specifically directed not to do so!! For this trimester, we are wearing the gym uniform with sneakers! No fingernail polish may be worn to school. No jewelry unless it is a watch or cross or Catholic medal. No fad haircuts please! Boy haircuts must be above the collar, out of the eyes, and above the ears.
Timed Drills in Math every Tuesday!! Learning the basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts will lead to a better understanding of more complex math concepts. Before any comprehension can take place, whether in reading or in math, automaticity of sight words or math facts must be achieved to improve comprehension.
Remember that to volunteer in the classroom or to chaperone any field trips, all clearances must be obtained. Clearances will be checked upon any volunteer opportunities!!! Please call the school office if you should need further details or you have questions!! Parents are temporarily "on hold" as being able to volunteer due to Covid, with the exception of lunch volunteers and homeroom parent!!!
